Managing Partner

Will Blommer has built his career in M&A and private equity within the consumer/retail sector. Before earning his MBA, he served as an Associate at KarpReilly and Chief of Staff at a KarpReilly portfolio company.

His career began in investment banking at Financo (now Raymond James), with a focus on M&A advisory for founder-led consumer brands.

Will's early exposure to his family’s chocolate manufacturing business, culminating in its strategic sale in 2018, instilled in him a deep understanding of the complexities and emotional weight of ownership transition.

He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BSBA in Finance & International Business from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. Will currently lives in NYC with his wife and their Labrador Retriever.

SHANE MALENFANT

Managing Partner

Shane Malenfant has spent his career working in various business operations, manufacturing, and supply chain roles in the Industrial, Healthcare, and Technology sectors. Most recently, Shane worked as a senior supply chain operations leader at Peloton, leading teams, driving process changes, and overseeing key KPIs to ensure profitability and consistent member satisfaction.

He started his career at Danaher Corporation, graduating from their Business Operations Leadership Development Program, where he spent 5 years gaining his Master Black Belt in various Lean Methodologies, pushing margin expansion and improving working capital in an FDA regulated environment.

Shane graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. in Supply Chain Management & Information Systems and resides with his wife in Bryn Mawr, PA.
